We built Frog Tutor to help you learn. Your privacy is important to us, and we will never sell your information.

What we collect

If you sign up for Frog Tutor, we collect your name and email address. Depending on how you sign up, some of this information may come from your third-party sign-in provider.

Beyond your account info, we store the content you create in Frog Tutor: your responses, session history, and any other data you provide while using the app.

How we use your data

Your data is used to:

• Provide your tutoring experience
• Power AI features
• Understand how users use Frog Tutor so we can improve it

Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest, but is not end-to-end encrypted.

Third-party services

Frog Tutor uses third-party AI services to power its features. Your data may be sent to these providers to process your requests.

Depending on the provider, your data is either not retained at all or is retained for up to 30 days and then deleted, unless it is flagged for trust & safety review. None of our providers use your data to train their models.

Data retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, all of your data is permanently deleted immediately.
